What's your morning routine? Coffee? Exercise? Reading?
There are so many benefits to waking up early. We are only going to discuss a two, but hopefully it's enough to maybe make you not want to sleep in so much. :) First of all...waking up early can reduce your stress level. We all know many people deal with stress in different ways but if just waking up earlier in the morning helps even a little than count me in!
Now this next one may sound a bit simple, but it's the profoundness of the simple things in life that usually have the most impact on us. Waking up early and getting a head start on the day eliminates the need to rush. It's like accomplishing something before ever accomplishing anything. It helps start your day on an optimistic and positive note. If your day is started on a positive than usually the rest of the day follows suit because you put your mind in a better space whether it's actually a good day or not.
Use coffee. Or don't. It's up to you and it doesn't matter what you use to get going. Most of america uses this caffeinated beverage we call coffee to kick themselves into gear to get there mornings moving. Some drink water. Some drink energy drinks. Some don't. Whatever you do though... find out what works for you! If your not sure what you may like... try out coffee! Black, creamer, cold brewed, you name it. Figure out what works for you. Either way... Get up & Get Going.
